上海嘉裕投资管理有限公司董事长。曾任东京大学客座教授，就职于全球最大券商美国美林证券(Merrill Lynch)、最大基金管理公司英国巴克莱环球投资人(BGI)、美国道富环球投资顾问(SSgA)等公司，并担任上述多家公司投资部门负责人，运作传统的主动型基金和对冲基金，现在兼任中国科学院研究生院MBA导师，具有丰富的国际资本市场投资研究、基金产品研发、投资基础设施开发、年金和大型基金的投资管理经验，基金管理业绩非凡，多次获得国际评比第一名或排名第一，在我国资本市场上具有出众的业绩和极高的声誉。2010年1月和10月，作为“海外高层次创业人才”受到政府资金无偿扶持，并被授予泰山学者称号。

高级经济师、高级经营师、大学兼职教授，男，汉族，1961年7月出生。浙江江山人。民进会员。毕业于嘉兴学院，曾在复旦大学管理学院、杭州大学法学院深造，并被中共温州市委统战部选派，参加省社会主义学院浙江省民主党派中青年骨干培训班学习。现任职于温州管理科学研究院院长，温州中小企业发展促进会会长等职，兼任：民进中央经济委员会副主任、民进中央参政议政特邀研究员、中国中小企业协会副会长、世界经济贸易联合促进会副会长、APEC中小企业联盟中国委员会副主任、中国中小企业国际合作协会副会长、中国国际环境保护联合会副会长。民进温州市委副主委、温州市八届政协常委、温州市十届人大代表、财经委员会委员，浙江省第十一届人大代表。 |

Mr. Blankfein has been our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since June 2006, and a director since April 2003. Previously, he had been our President and Chief Operating Officer since January 2004. Prior to that, from April 2002 until January 2004, he was a Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs, with management responsibility for Goldman Sachs?Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Division (揊ICC? and Equities Division. Prior to becoming a Vice Chairman, he had served as co-head of FICC since its formation in 1997. From 1994 to 1997, he headed or co-headed the Currency and Commodities Division. Mr. Blankfein is not on the board of any public company other than Goldman Sachs. He is affiliated with certain non-profit organizations, including as a member of the Harvard University Committee on University Resources, the Advisory Board of the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and the Governing Board of the Indian School of Business, an overseer of the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, and a director of the Partnership for New York City, Catalyst and The Robin Hood Foundation. |

Mr. Cohn has been our President and Co-Chief Operating Officer and a director since June 2006. Previously, he had been the co-head of Goldman Sachs?global securities businesses since January 2004. He also had been the co-head of Equities since 2003 and the co-head of FICC since September 2002. From March 2002 to September 2002, he served as co-chief operating officer of FICC. Prior to that, beginning in 1999, Mr. Cohn managed the FICC macro businesses. From 1996 to 1999, he was the global head of Goldman Sachs?commodities business. Mr. Cohn is not on the board of any public company other than Goldman Sachs. He is affiliated with certain non-profit organizations, including as a member of the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and as a trustee of the Gilmour Academy, the NYU Child Study Center, the NYU Hospital, the NYU Medical School, the Harlem Children Zone, Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School and American University. |

From 1995 to 1999, he was responsible for Goldman Sachs?leveraged finance business. Mr. Winkelried is not on the board of any public company other than Goldman Sachs. He is also a trustee of the University of Chicago. |
